It is the details nobody thinks to ask for.

Three friends asked me for a summer girls' trip in New England. That was the whole brief. No city, no plan, just the three of them and somewhere good.

One was flying in from California and two from Dallas, so I chose Newport. It kept her flights simple, and the town is walkable, so nobody had to rent a car or think about parking. I had a car waiting for them at the airport on both ends.

One of them owns a horse training facility. So when I got to the part where I look up what is happening in town and inside your hotel, I already knew what I was hoping to find. There was a polo match the day they landed. USA against Ireland. Their flight got in with just enough time to make it, so I got them in.

Then the texts started. They wanted the vineyard tour with the tasting, and lunch on the terrace. Then the mansion tour. Then a coffee shop I had put on the list, which they posted about the next morning.

They asked me for a girls' trip in New England. The polo match was the part they never saw coming, and it is the part that made the trip theirs.

Before this I spent over a decade in sales with a Fortune 50 company. It taught me that exceptional service is built on listening, anticipating what someone needs, and paying attention to the details other people overlook. Those skills shape every trip I plan.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to work with you?
Booking a hotel, resort, villa or cruise through me is complimentary, because I am paid by the property. For trips where I am building a full custom itinerary there is a planning fee, which I tell you up front before you commit to anything.
What perks come with booking through you?
Depending on the property and the rate, your stay may include:
  • Complimentary room upgrades, when available
  • Daily breakfast for two
  • Resort or hotel credits
  • A personalized VIP welcome amenity
  • Early check-in and late checkout, when available

These are not usually available when you book on your own. All you have to do is pack your bags.

Are these stays elite-qualifying?
For the most part, yes. Hotel stays booked through me are usually eligible for elite status benefits, so you can typically earn qualifying nights, stays and points toward future status. If maintaining or earning status matters to you, tell me and I will make sure it is a priority.
Is it cheaper to just book it myself?
Usually not. I have access to rates, perks and amenities that are not published, and I am not marking up your trip. Most people end up with more than they would have booked alone, for about the same money, and without the hours of research.
Can AI just plan my trip for me?
AI is genuinely good at giving you a plan. It will hand you a solid list of things to see. What it cannot do is get the group rate, put your cabins near each other, get the flights to land the same day, or notice that there is a polo match in town the day you land because one of you trains horses. It also cannot fix it at 11pm when the hotel has no record of your booking. That is the part I do.
Do I lose control of my own trip?
No, and this is the thing people worry about most. Nothing is booked until you have seen it and said yes. You can change your mind as many times as you like. I bring you options, you make the calls, and I do the work in between.
I do not even know where to start. Is that a problem?
That is the most common way people come to me, and it is genuinely fine. You do not need a destination picked. Tell me who is coming, roughly when, and what you want the trip to feel like. I will take it from there.
Where can you book?
I work with travelers across the US and Canada, and I book worldwide. Wherever you want to go, I can plan it.
Do I still earn my hotel points and status?
Yes. Your loyalty numbers go on the booking exactly as they would if you booked direct, and you keep your status benefits on top of whatever perks I add.
How far ahead should I reach out?
Earlier is better, especially for group travel and school holidays. That said, I have pulled together good trips on short notice. If your dates are close, ask anyway.
